Meet Patti

A therapist who listens for the whole story.

I’m Patti Moynihan. My style is open, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I want to know your story. I also want to know what you hope will change.

Before I became a therapist, I worked in nutrition, wellness, and business coaching. That work showed me how people grow and change.

I have worked as a therapist since 2021. Outside of work, I exercise, ride my bike, and do improv.

“I enjoy working with people who want to be in therapy.”

My approach

Curious, clear, and built with you.

My approach is humanistic and based on your strengths. We work as a team. I use more than one method.

I do not see you as a problem. We look at your past, your strengths, and what you want to change.

Every person is unique, so I create an approach specific to you.

“It is a fascinating process designed to enhance your self-knowledge and to help you make desired changes.” — Patti Moynihan, LMFT-A

Lived understanding

Care informed by real change.

I know what it is like to face binge and purge eating behaviors. Therapy and self-study helped me move past them. That lived experience shapes my care.

Change can feel uneven. You deserve care and respect, not judgment.
